Welcome to a late edition of my week in review. The holiday and an early morning at the farm put me behind schedule.

Life

The school was open for two days this week. I worked both of them. Both days as the art teacher.

With school closed I was able to do two early morning shifts at the farm. I signed up to be a regular volunteer, but ended up as the barn lead Friday morning.

We had a nice, quiet Thanksgiving with just us, the kids, and my son’s fiance.

Movies

We watched Bad Boys: Ride or Die this week. I like the Bad Boys movies and this one did not disappoint. I’m wondering if the addition of the two younger cops, the military son-in-law, and the cartel son they will consider a Bad Boys: Next Generation spin-off. I don’t think it would be the same. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are what makes the series work.

Television

The combination of hockey, basketball, football, and my daughter’s house-sitting has made TV watching sporadic. It seems like there is either a Capitals game or a Kentucky basketball game on most nights.

We are now caught up on Chicago Fire and SWAT since they are the shows we watch when our daughter isn’t here. I’m getting tired of SWAT but Chicago Fire still has a decent story here and there.

We watched the first episode of the final season of Superman & Lois. I’m going to try not to get spoiled on how…
