My Week in Review 2/14/25

It’s another snow week. I got a snow day, while everyone else had to go to work. I finished two books this week, and the snow day helped.

Life

My daughter and I saw Schmigadoon at the Kennedy Center on Saturday afternoon. It was a great show and we had fancy box seats. It was a good day.

My son was here for dinner when we returned from the show.

Our Super Bowl Sunday was a quiet one. We just watched the game at home. Nothing special.

I worked Monday and Tuesday, had a snow day on Wednesday, worked yesterday, and am scheduled to work today. It was a nice mix of classes: Engineering, Bible, Chemistry, and US History tomorrow.

The rest of my time is still spent at home with our dog.

Television

I’m struggling to find a streaming show to watch alone that will hold my interest. I have Apple TV for another month and a half. Any suggestions there would be appreciated.

We are caught up on Traitors and Deal or No Deal Island. I was sad to see who was banished on Traitors. It will be less fun for us now.

I finally got caught up on Will Trent. I think it is my favorite show now.

The big TV news this week is that John Lithgow is rumored to be close to a deal to play Dumbledore in the Harry Potter TV show. I’m not sure how I feel about that.
