It’s that time of the week again for me to try to remember the past week. I, of course, did not take notes again.

Life

This was my last week in my usual barn shifts, I’m away next week and then I return to a new schedule. I was hoping to not be in charge right away on the new schedule, but, of course, they have a shift where they need a barn lead and I have difficulty saying no.

It has been too hot here to do much of anything. I’ve spent the week trying to stay inside as much as possible.

I’ve only been out of the house to go to the farm, Panera, and the library. If the weather gets better I need to try to get out more.

TV News and Views

Interview With the Vampire was renewed at AMC.

Daniel Ezra will not be returning as a series regular on All American next season. Given the end of the latest episode and the storyline for the next two, it makes sense that his story is done.

I watched the first two episodes of House of the Dragon. I like it, but I miss the sprawling, multi-kingdom Game of Thrones story.

The Walker series finale aired this week. It worked OK as a finale. Everyone seemed to be moving toward something good. They did have a surprise cameo at the end that would have set up a story for next season. Too bad it won’t happen.

I watched the first two episodes of DI Ray. I like it, but I find myself getting distracted…
